Anwendung der Éve Cup
Vor der ersten Anwendung sollte die Tasse durch Abkochen oder mit einer speziellen Sterilisationslösung gereinigt werden. Wasche deine Hände gründlich vor dem Einsetzen. Die Tasse kann im Sitzen, Hocken, Knien oder Stehen eingeführt werden. Für eine leichtere Einführung befeuchte die Tasse mit Wasser oder benutze ein wasserbasiertes Gleitmittel. Falten Sie die Tasse längs und führe sie schräg bis zum Sitz in der Scheide ein.
Entfernung der Éve Cup
Wasche deine Hände und finde eine entspannte Position. Spanne die Beckenbodenmuskulatur an, um die Tasse an den Scheideneingang zu bringen. Prüfe mit einem Finger, ob die Ränder gelöst sind. Drücke die Unterseite der Tasse, um den Unterdruck zu lösen, und ziehe sie vorsichtig heraus. Entleere den Inhalt in die Toilette, reinige die Tasse mit warmem Wasser und ph-neutraler Seife und bewahre sie in der mitgelieferten Tasche auf.
