Anwendungshinweise

Vor der ersten Verwendung sollten die Dilatatoren mit warmem Wasser und neutraler Seife gereinigt werden. Nach Gebrauch ebenfalls säubern und trocken lagern.

Empfohlene Position zum Einführen ist liegend mit angewinkelten, leicht gespreizten Beinen. Alternativ kann die Anwendung auch im Stehen mit einem Bein auf einem Stuhl erfolgen.

Zur Erleichterung der Einführung empfiehlt sich die Verwendung eines Gleitmittels oder etwas Wasser. Atmen Sie ruhig und führen Sie den kleinsten Dilatator sanft etwa 8-10 Minuten ein, bewegen Sie ihn leicht in der Vagina ein- und auswärts ohne ihn komplett zu entfernen, und wiederholen Sie dies ca. 20 Mal.

Es ist normal, dass anfangs nur die Spitze eingeführt werden kann. Das Training sollte dreimal wöchentlich über zwei Wochen erfolgen. Sobald der kleinste Dilatator schmerzfrei eingeführt werden kann, wird zum nächstgrößeren gewechselt. Nach erfolgreicher Nutzung des größten Dilatators können sexuelle Penetration und weitere Aktivitäten erwogen werden.
