Anwendung der ÈVE Cup
Vor der ersten Benutzung sollte die Tasse durch Abkochen oder mit einer speziellen Sterilisationslösung gereinigt werden. Die Anwendung erfolgt mit sauberen Händen. Die Ève Cup kann in der für dich bequemsten Position eingesetzt werden – sitzend, hockend, kniend oder stehend. Zur Erleichterung die Tasse mit Wasser befeuchten oder wasserbasiertes Gleitmittel verwenden. Die Tasse wird gefaltet und schräg eingeführt, bis sie in der Vaginalhöhle sitzt.
Entfernung der ÈVE Cup
Mit sauberen Händen und in entspannter Position die Vaginalmuskulatur anspannen, um die Tasse an den Eingang zu bringen. Mit einem Finger prüfen, dass die Ränder von der Vaginalwand gelöst sind. Die Unterseite der Tasse zusammendrücken, um den Unterdruck zu lösen, dann vorsichtig herausnehmen und den Inhalt in die Toilette entleeren. Anschließend mit warmem Wasser und pH-neutraler Seife reinigen und in dem mitgelieferten Beutel aufbewahren.
